Why did Wahl+Case rebrand to Build+?
Wahl+Case was acquired by SHIFT in May 2023, and as part of this transition, we’ve had a planned timeline to evolve our brand. Over the years, our company has grown and transformed, and the time has come to align our brand identity with our new direction. Additionally, with neither of the original founders still involved, it felt natural to embrace a new name that reflects our future. In September 2023, we officially changed our company name to Build Plus K.K., and now our brand is following suit. Our new logo, Build+, reflects this exciting new chapter.
What inspired the name Build+?
We chose the name Build+ to reflect our commitment to building our candidates’ careers and our clients’ businesses. The "+" symbol carries over from Wahl+Case, providing a familiar connection to our legacy, while also signifying our value-added approach to recruitment, innovation, and collaboration.
Will your team remain the same after the rebranding?
Yes, our team remains the same. You’ll continue working with the same dedicated consultants who know your needs and goals.

Will the types of industries or roles you recruit for change?
No, we will continue to specialize in the same industries and roles, providing the same level of expertise and support you’ve come to trust.
Will my current application(s) or recruitment process be impacted?
No, your ongoing applications and recruitment processes will remain unaffected. The rebranding does not change our operations or how we assist you.
Are there any changes to how I interact with your consultants?
No changes at all. You’ll interact with our consultants in the same way as before, with no disruptions to communication or service.

Will there be any changes to the recruitment services you provide? (candidate database, search capabilities, industries, functions)
No, our recruitment services, candidate database, and areas of expertise remain unchanged. You can continue to rely on us for top-quality talent solutions.
Are my ongoing projects or contracts with Wahl+Case affected?
Not at all. All ongoing projects and contracts will proceed seamlessly under the Build+ name.

Will your email addresses change?
Yes, we will begin using new email addresses with the domain @buildplus.io. Please update your records accordingly.
Will emails sent to @wahlandcase.com still work after the rebranding?
Yes, emails sent to @wahlandcase.com will automatically forward to our new addresses to ensure uninterrupted communication.
Is your phone number or other contact information changing?
No, our phone numbers and other contact details will remain the same.

How will you handle my data during and after the rebrand?
Your data will continue to be handled with the utmost care and in compliance with all applicable privacy laws. The rebranding does not affect our data protection policies.
