REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS & CONDITIONS
The person who makes the referral (hereafter “Referrer”) must be registered with Build+ as a candidate or client. Third-party referrers will not be eligible for this campaign.
The person who is referred (hereafter “Referee“) is not registered with Build+.
There is no limit to the number of referrals a Referrer can introduce under this program.
The Referee must have consented to their details being passed to Build+.
The Referee must start their new employment at a Build+ client within 12 months of being registered with Build+.
The Referee must complete 3 month at their new job before the Referrer and Referee are eligible to receive the referral fee.
Any referral must be registered in full on Build+’ “Referral Program” web page to qualify.
The e-gift card and charity donations are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
If you choose to donate the referral fee, we will send you a charitable donation receipt.
This referral campaign is valid until August 31, 2026.
The referral program may be terminated or changed without any prior notice.
Build+ will determine the validity of each referral on a case-by-case basis, and in the event that any party violates the terms or the intent of the terms, those referrals may be rejected.
Build+ is not responsible for any income taxes, as required by law, arising from the referral fee.
These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
